875,000 sf, 24-gate concourse for both domestic and international travelers with swing gates, elevated sterile corridor, a regionally-based concessions program, duty-free, advanced passenger amenities, the first ICS BHS in the US and a Zero Net Energy capable target. Targeting LEED Platinum certification.
